Its a very nice riding car and its great on gas and very confortable front and back seats. It don't cut off legs to short it gives enough seat for your legs not like vue and others.

I like to wait before I review a car . What starts out as "love fest" in the first couple of months, can change after a few years. Having said that, let me start. I own an 02 CXL with the 3.4 litre eng. After 36k miles I have ZERO problems. Nothing, nada. The only issue I have with the car is it needs more power with the AWD option. Leaks, blows fuses weekly, rear latch faulty, vibration over 40mph, remotes don't work

Worst buy of my life. Every time it rains, the inside of car fills with water. Took four separate attempts to get fixed. Every few weeks, the car blows a fuse. They still have not been able to determine cause, or fix. Above 40 mph, the car has a horrible vibration. The tail gate latch was faulty and would pop open while driving. When I told the delearship that the remotes didn't work, they said that was to be expected and there was nothing that could be done. I bought this car brand new in January '05 and it has been in the shop more than 20 times. It is obviously a lemon, but GM refuses to stand behind warranty or abide by lemon laws. My fuel economy is only 16/23. I see this as a womans or mom car, and I feel too many men designed the inside. While the trim features are beautiful the console is high, hard and too large. Where are the cup/bottle holders on door (little bulge on the door pocket is invaluable - think Chev Venture)? Where do I put my purse/briefcase except in the passenger area? Car is definetly top heavy on sharp turns. Wind noise at 65. Miss my Chev Warner Bros Venture....read morehide

I drive a ford F-150, My wife just bought her Buick Rendezous and she loves it. I like the ride of it compared to the choppy ride of my truck. We looked at other SUV's and we noticed that alot of the other vehicles in it class look all the same. Who wants to be like everyone else. But in all actuallity the Rendezous is the best vehicle without going over $40.000. The ride is good. And if your are thinking about getting one opt. for the 3.6liter it is worth i....read morehide

Looks great, I got the white with the gold bottom and custom wheels, all leather all the bells...

I loved my REndezvous until at 22,000 miles it started to smoke and I took it into the dealer and they discovered a "blown" head gasket.

At 36,000, my transmission blew up. The dealer replaced the transmission with a GM certified rebuilt transmission and I didn't have to pay but I cannot understand why the problems.
I always owned Pontiac and I am very concerned about the gasket problem when the dealer mechanic said he just repaired a Rendezvous with 40,000 miles and a blown head gasket.

Maybe I got a lemon, don't know. Car is still at dealer.

All my cars are always maintained immacuately, and kept so clean, people turn their heads when I pull up at a light.

I don't think I will be buying another....read morehide

Over all a decent, convenient vehicle. Good for those needing a van but not wanting one. Very much underpowered. An '86 5spd Chevette could probably take it off the line. Needs min.200hsp like the new GM vans. Cargo is a little tight due to the slope of the back window and seats do not fold flat. However, for the price & style and since it is one of the first of it's kind it is a pretty good vehicle for the money....read morehide

I love my Rendezcous!!! It is the best car I have yet to own and I will definatly make it my first choice for my next one. I've had it 5mo. and no problems. It's GREAT!!! I have three kids and there is room for their friends!!

Like the exterior look. Kind of boxy, but large frame. Interior awsome. Nice details (esp leather seats and wood grain accents). when i drive above 70 - the wind noise is more than you would expect in such a car. does not accellerate as well as i'd like, you have to really step down hard on gas pedal - but guess that is just something i'll have to get used to. questionable gas mileage. i drive approx 120 miles everyday to and from work. i have filled up 4 times and have calculated around 18 mpg. so wonder where they get gas mileage in the upper 20's?? my own personal car data center stays around 17 mpg. i wish that the steering wheel controls allowed you to toggel between preset stations, rather than just scrolling through all the channels. the cruise control does not have the ability to decrease your speed by 1 mile as needed (ex: push up on button to increase speed by approx 1 mile, but can not push down on button to decrease speed). the eyeque system is wonderful! i love not having to look down all the time to check on the speed, and it displays the radio station - very convenient. the tires seem small for such a large vehicle. but cheap to replace (no more $300 a piece Toyo tires for my infiniti). the headrests on the 2nd row capt chairs block side view some. have yet to figure out if you can take them out. love the rear sensor to help facilitate in reverse. this is just some picky stuff ive noticed, but love the car and with employee pricing got an awsome deal! cant beat that!! hope this helps your decision....read morehide
