The car is a great car. Great on the road and very roomy. The car is great on gas. Haven't had to do any work on the car since got car.

My Five Hundred is a year old and I love it. My husband has problems getting in and out of cars but not this one. It handles the road like a dream and got 33 miles to the gallon on our way to Maine.

I can't think of any other car on the market that I would have.

My wife has wanted a Five Hundred but I wasn't sure. It's a Ford and Ford isn't known for making great luxury cars. Once we test drove it I was hooked. Seldom do I have the opportunity to drive this fine machine but when I do I take the long way home. Ford hit a home run with this one....read morehide

I have a 93 taurus that is a great car, but this car has every plus feature over the taurus. Best overall car I have ever driven.

I shopped extensively for a large sedan. I test drove the Toyota Avalon, Nissan Maxima, Chysler 300 and Buick LaCrosse. Overall, the Ford Five Hundred was the clear winner. Everything in this car is designed to work easily. It has an enormous cabin and the trunk. I actually have more cargo space than I did in my Subaru Outback wagon. It is a gorgeous car (I bought the wine-red Limited model)and resembles the largest Mercedes sedans. For years, I owned a big Cadillac Sedan DeVille. This Ford doesn't have the ultrasoft ride of a Caddy, but it beats it in every other category. I can say that this is the best car I've owned. To be honest, I was set on buying a Japanese car until I drove this car. I still can't believe Ford made a car with the fit and finish of a true luxury vehicle. This car is such a comfortable car. My wife and I are both in our '60's but we still like a beautiful car. It has good gas mileage and the color is gorgeous. You just can't believe the trunk room! I would recommend it to anyone.

Underpowered. Some cheap plastics. Deck lid does not open with auto unlock.

Overall, we love this car. After 4 Tauruses, the Five Hundred feels like a luxury ride. Interior room is exceptionally generous. The audio system is wonderful. Road noise is nearly gone. Just wish for a little more HP and torque.

MPG is unreal for this sedan. I get 25 - 35 mpg and not the sticker 21 - 29

I can here the road if it is really bumpy when driving over it

I would recommend this car to anyone if they want comfort, style, speed, power and great fuel economy from a car that will hold 5 6' tall people like myself (6' 3")

We're a tall family. This car is lots bigger inside than it looks. It has a huge trunk.

It looks great. It hugs the road. I can fit five people in it comfortably. There is a huge amount of leg room both front and back. We love it.
