This is my third Saab and by far the best car Ive ever had! It isnt like your standard generic japanese import. It is a blast to drive and has definately won me over! It looks absolutely beautiful and handles like a dream.The shifter also has a standard option that automatically downshifts as you slow down. This car really delivers. Great power & performance, handles like a dream. Styling is very unique in & out. So far just love everything about this car. What can I say!! It's a great car. Fuel economy, design, handling (even in rainstorms on superhighways with trucks passing) superb, and it is really a beautiful can, especially with the top down.

Its without a doubt a unique car in a market where there are lots of the same, you need to drive a saab to realy appreciate the marque, its different and its a head turner open or roof up.

This is a superb car in every way. Have put many miles on all types of roads and it handles and performs well. Watch air in tires to get best ride.

Nothing really - my only complaint is the fake looking wood on the console

2nd time Saab owner and we absolutely love this car! We looked at several convertibles and had to have a four seater in order to haul the family around (2 kids, 8 and 6) which limited our options. We chose this over the BMW 325ci for several reasons including performance, styling, quality, and dealer experience.

We chose the 5 speed manual with the 2.0T turbo - what a combination and when the turbo kicks in (about 2500 rpm) the acceleration is a rush! The car handles through the curves without any roll or pitch - it seems to hug them. The convertible top is very fast at less than 15 seconds up or down (nice feature is you can drop the top with the key while walking across the parking lot). When the top is up, the sound in the cabin is very good - very little road noise.

The premium sound system is excellent and you can hook up your iPod with the port in the console. Maintenance is included in the lease including all oil changes, etc (all I have to do is just drive the car).

Summary - my wife actually beats me to the garage in the mornings and now prefers to drive this over her car. This is a wonderful car and should be considered if you are looking at a convertible....read morehide

The first year was great. Went in Oct 05 for recall and things went to pot!! The recall was for convertiable top software, well it didn't work right after the installation. Service engine light came on 3500 miles early, that was after paying for oil change at 7500 mi. Saab just said change oil, didn't bother checking into problem. A chip in the steering column failed, absolutely locked the car down; it had to be drug out of my garage. Then a couple months later, a hydraulic line in the top blew out, spraying fluid all over the inside. It has taken the dealer 8 days to fix it. It is a fun car, but I can't keep it on the road....read morehide

Very fun car to drive, rides like a dream, looks even better. Aero might be better bet if your really power hungry, the 2.0 is sufficient to say the least though. As far as handling goes, it is awesome, I've drove a Z06, and the Saab is not far off as far as handling goes, it's pretty impressive. The 4 wheel disc brakes also are impressive, they stop u from any speed in no time flat. Cant wait for summer!...read morehide
