I have a 2006 I bought as the 2007 models were coming out. I love this car but the gas mileage is killing me. 13/22 mpg. Has all the bells and whistles anyone could want. Very good on long trips. The engine makes a loud popping noise when started after the car has sat for several days. I have the same problem with the AC when it hasn't been started for a few days. Buick dealer fixed the problem but it came back after a week. Over all this car is great....read morehide

This is our second Rendezvous and we love it. It rides really well, can carry seven passengers if need be, and is great for hauling boxes, groceries, etc. We have used it to take long trips and the mileage was excellent (over 26 mpg) and not too bad for around town (over 20 mpg). It is too bad Buick has decided to stop making this vehicle. We will really miss them!...read morehide

low hosepower, outlook, engine sudden death, replaced radio cd, cheap and loun when you shut doors.

if you can affort more than 32k then buy other suv. if not then this is the one you should get.
i am driving the 2005 cxl pretty much happy with it but you have to have quite lot of time come back and forth a Buick dealer for free repair. engine sudden death many time while i drove on road, still unable to fix it...dangerous. had replaced CD radio. the appreance egly. need a better redesign.
beside: lot of options. backing assist, ok mpg. big rear mirrors and tilt mirror when you backing. heat seats. on Star, voice regconition dial phone... but you have to pay month fee.....read morehide

Rear visibility, wind noise, pickup

Heads Up should be a requirement on all cars of any make. This car has a lot of wind noise. Impossible to see out back when captains chairs are in upright position . The car rides well but not much zip. Third row seat should be an option. With the captains chairs your hauling capacity is seriously diminished. We have had this one about 5 months and are looking for a different one. Not very satisfied....read morehide

THIS IS A GREAT FAMILY VEHICLE. THE THIRD ROW IS THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT, AND NOT WHEN YOU DON'T. THE COOLEST THING IS THE REAR PARKING ASSIST, THE CLOSER YOU GET THE FASTER THE CHIME WILL SOUND. THE RIDING COMFORT, AND THE SEATING.

We really enjoy it. It is roomy and holds lots of cargo, besides being comfortable for people .

A bad blind spot in the side. Don't expect a sports car!

The GPS system is remarkable. We don't get lost any more! It is so easy to get into and out of, even with bad knees. It is very classy looking at a great price. I really shopped around before we bought and compared many of the small SUV.

I tradesd in a Hyundai Sante Fe for the Buick Rendezvous. It is the first american car i have had since I was in my early 20's. I am glad I made the switch. This is an excellent car with excellent styling.

Good Appearance and very stable on highway at high speed. It can keep cool enough under sunlight in Summer.All my family members like it very much!

As a 20-something I got teased relentlessly by my friends when I purchased my Buick. My friends quit teasing when they got to ride in it.
I am considering buying another one for my husband!!!!
I have hauled carpet, tile, concrete, plants, co-workers, groceries and the dog in this work horse.
It is great for the long drive!
Heads up display is awesome.
Sometimes rear parking assist "dings" for no reason when backing up.
Heating & cooling controls can be confusing -- sometimes my eyes are off the road to long and this makes me uncomfortable.
I get around 24-25 mpg which is fine by me. My Rendezvous is a loaded 2002 with 53000 miles EXCELLENT DEPENDABLE vehicle....read morehide

just drove our 2004 rendezvous 9000 miles across country USA and around Baja California for three months. Seats could of had a little more padding but I don't think Buick intended for someone to be in the car for three months non stop.
Lived out of car for three months. Great storage, carried everything even a couple of sinks.
Had no fear of car breaking down etc. even getting stuck in a foot of mud on the back roads of Baja and I mean back road and the car just kept moving....read morehide
