Pure English gentlemens car, lighter than S550, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8. Looks like nothing else.

Alot of people have no idea how much it costs.

I own a 2006 Liquid Silver over Charcoal XJR, it came with Bluetooth, Sirus, 20" Sepang Rims, Alpine Premium Audio and Navigation. I hope to acquire a Porfolio in the next 3yrs, but this will always be my favorite. I traded my 2003 BMW 540i, for the XJR and as a Bimmer driver of over 10yrs, I was thoroughly impressed. With
in a year of purchasing the XJR, I sold my 2005 BMW M3 to pay off the balance of my XJR, its all the car you will ever need. Its a classey, sophisticated yet suttle, trust me on this one. I live in Miami and guys in Lambos, Bentlys, Rolls Royces and Ferraris have given me compliments or asked how it drives. As for the boy racers and a few curious characters I've met on the Florida Turnpike, they know what the "R" in XJR stands for. So if you see me out there, I have personalized tags and last I heard I was the only guy under 30 with it. With todays gas prices I am very happy with mileage my XJ8 GET ON THE ROAD AND AROUND TOWN

My automatic brake had some problems and the dealership took great care of the problem

i HAD A S-type, it was a very nice car, But the XJ8 is a very smooth ride, with power and comfort that I can respect. Plus the XJ8 style stand out anywhere you goes. Yes I am a very happy Jaguar owner and have high respect the Jaguar dealership. THANK JAGUAR!!!!!!!!!

I bought my 400 HP 04 XJR in early January 07 having read nothing but good reviews in the enthusiast car mags. It's everything they said it was! . Fast, great handling, first class tranny and gobs of techno features. The touch-screen control system is easy to figure out and to use, and is far superior to the systems used by other lux carmakers. Even in the sporty XJR the ride is very good. The Jaguar Select extended warranty (six years or 100K miles from date of initial purchase) takes the worry out of buying used and is a bargain at $1,500. You WILL have to replace the performance tires if you're going to drive in winter COLD temps, snow or no snow.. Pirelli Four Seasons were my choice and I'm satisfied with them. My other cars are an 05 Subaru Legacy GT Ltd (very fast), and an 04 Honda S2000 (also very fast). I'm 76 years old and still love these fast cars!...read morehide

The XJ has got to be the most luxurious luxury sedan out there. It has features you won't find on any other luxury sedan! I highly recommend this vehicle!

Beautiful, comfortable car, with gobs of power and shockingly good fuel economy (24.5 MPG avg)

Cons

Get the long wheel base version, the short wheel base can be tighter than a luxury car should be.

Boy oh boy do I love my Jaguar; looks, power and finish are wonderful, and I get 24 MPG, more than my BMW Z3. I love it!

Best part is that Jags look great for 15 years and rarely change over; they stay in style forever.

I bought this car for my sweat wife as a birthday gift. She loved it very much.
This car is made up of aluminum which is used to make airplanes. That's right, this car is 40% lighter & more stiffer than any other car of its size.
It has computer active suspensions & driving feels like you are ridding on a boat.

It has effertless steering wheel. It also got heated steering wheel, very good for cold handed people in winter....read morehide

GPS comes standard and its a very fast car would definitely buy one

its cost a lot of money to run.

the interior of the car is superb value and is a lot nicer than the chryler 300c which i was going to buy but im now not going to.
