First off, why don't they have an updated photo of the actual car here???
I purchased this car new in Sept. of '07. No problems so far. Performance is awesome! Brembo brakes are the best! Especially in Los Angeles when you need them!!! I have not seen another one on the road yet. Only 1500 were made, so if you have one, chances are you won't see another one on the road. (Unlike the Mustangs of the world) I use this as my daily driver, you can feel the road and the bumps but i don't mind...i drove a '79 Datsun 280zx for years so feeling the road is nothing new to me...But that would be the only comparison i would make to the Datsun! I love speed and quick response and this car has it! It's great to have a limited, unique looking, affordable sports car that i think will be considered a classic someday......read morehide

The one thing I don't like about the car is the sqeaking brakes and the collection of dust on rims

I love to drive my car on the open road and it handles very well on uphill climbs. My friend has a Corvette and we were on I-270 North and we came upon an incline and his Vett couldn't pull the weight of that heavy engine like my Z that dusted him on that incline. It was like I was floating on air. WOW! Needless to say, once we were on the straightaway, he blew me in the wind. When they came back out with the new body-shaped 350Z, it was and still is to me the "hottest" car on the street. I noticed that Porche has a version similar to the 350 and now Audi's TT new body style is similar to the 350Z. In my opinion, nothing in the same class can touch the Z for its sleek style and high performance. Forget the Jag, the Benz, the Acura, the Lexus. Nissan Infinity is holding its own with the Z and the G35 . Of course, this is solely my opinion. My only gripe is that I hate the break dust and the sqeaky brakes, other than that, the gas mileage is good and the performance of the car is "fantabulous"!!!!!!!...read morehide

If you are haveing problems just document it 3 times and get a your money back with a lemon law attorney. I purchased one of the 1st 2003 Touring models. The car was fun to drive but Nissan needs to work out all of the problems. I had grease marks that streaked both windows when rolled down. Front tires replaced 3 times for free. Nissan knows they have design errors. Transmission was replaced from metal shavings found. When replaced the clutch rattled and had a vibration in transmission. Tried to correct 3 times and they couldnt fix so I had it documented for a lemon law refund. The car had rattleling in the doors and review mirror....read morehide

I ordered a custom, very rare Solar Orange with Brunt Orange Leather interior. The handling is better than any car for the money and better than some supercars. I just love the looks of my Nissan Nissmo, it handles well in tight curves. it has sleek lines, and numbered to 1500. Gets the looks from everyone. Great price for a top of the line sports car!

where do i start; clutch rattles,top tearing, tires wear bad quick,paint chips, brakes sqeal

Dont get me wrong, the car is alot of fun to drive. The maint. is horrible. I have 52,000 miles on 2006, had it 2 years.I get wheels aligned every 6 months,no rotation avail. Replaced tires three times. Now my top is spliting at seams. Im out of warranty, but for some reason Nissan says that they will pay for half to replace. Sounds like guilt to me..... The clutch rattles when idle and the car pulls right when I let go of wheel. Nissan says that is normal????? I had my brake pads replaced and they cont. to sqeal. Nissan re-turned one rotar and still sqeals. I dont know anyone that would offer to turn one rotar. The paint on the hood is chipped and rusting in two places.

This is a fun car, but would NOT buy it again. Or anyother Nissan....read morehide

Ride is a little rough because of the sport suspension, window grease streaks in the beginning

After owning my 07 magnetic black for 8 months, the only hassle is to keep it clean and shiny all the time. There's sufficient trunk space for the average bachelor. This thing is quick and the exhaust note is really good to listen to. The ride can be rough on bumpy roads since it's suspension is sports tuned. It's a head turner also, I've received lots of compliments from random people on how great looking this car is. Great car overall....read morehide

M/T is plagued like the older models. Burns oil.

This car is the bomb all around. Great aftermarket parts coming up for the '07. This car will beat stock GTOs, Mustang GTs, Camaro SS, STi, EVO VIII, and SRT4s.

Once you get the car bleed the lines out, because this car sometimes will get an airpocket in the hydraulic lines. If not, you may suffer problems with your clutch. The same goes for G35/G37 owners....read morehide

03 model w/160k miles. only problem was p/window motot went out. changed brakes, tires, filters, & wipers. ZERO problems! what a great little car.

i bought this car 3 weeks ago.. iam loving it.. the down side of owning a Z... you cant help it, but to hit that gas pedal at full speed all the time.. a bit of stiff ride at low speed, but once you hit the freeway.. wow... asta la bye bye baby
