This is my second Nissan and I love it! Rides great, never needs maintenance. I have kept up on oil changes and other than the 12v fuse going, I have not had any issues with this car. It's compact but is set very high so small people like me aren't sitting on the ground like you would be in the Sentra or a comparable hatchback. There's a reason there are a ton of them on the road since they came out in 2007. I've seen reviews about it not accelerating well, but I have not had that problem... it's actually very fun and smooth to drive. I'm 6 feet tall, and this is the first compact I've driven where my legs and head don't feel cramped. Lots of passenger room, soft surfaces, and Tons of gadgets and it feels safe to drive. First compact I've driven that I don't feel encased by a tuna can. Liked it better than any other car I looked at. If you're in the market for a compact, give it a try....read morehide

very different fuel ratings than advertised, get about 400km per tank, not even close to

promised mileage. I am not an aggressive driver, but it promised 700+km per tank, not even close. I get maybe 400km, there is a class action lawsuit being launched in Vancouver over the odometer being inaccurate. It would be good to see Nissan challenged on the fuel economy, or lack thereof. Won't be getting another one after the lease expires....read morehide

Wish you could actually seat three in the back seat!

Bought our little "Peanut" (that's what the kids call it), back in June, '07. No problems to speak of. Once you get the feel for the CVT, it'll just get up and go. I've been averaging 30+ MPG in the city!!!!!!!

I love my Versa! I have had it for 6 months. No problems rides great. My husband and I take it everywhere. Great gas mi. I have gotten 36mpg when driving highway. Much roomier than it looks.

Purchased this car in Sept.07 & I love my RED Versa...It looks so sleek with the Beige interior...I get second glances all the time. Really roomy inside and the standard features are great - Bluetooth, Sound system with CD changer & Keyless start & entry. I was looking at the Scion XD (but too many gadgets & cheap dashboard finishes) and the Mazda 3 (looks too sporty from the outside & feels small inside), but I kept going back to the Versa (very nice interior & looks sleek among it's class)...and I made a very good choice....read morehide

I love my versa. I was out shopping for a new car. I fell in love with my versa as soon as I took that first test drive. I purchased it in July 2006. When I called my insurance company to put it on my policy, they kept asking me "what kind of car is it? I have never heard of a Versa". It was fun to see people's reactions when they saw my car for the first time. The biggest surprise from people was that there was so much room inside and it looked so small from the outside. Ugh way too many problems in just 4 months

-very dissapointing service from Nissan: They just turn into the biggest jerks once you've bought the car and signed the lease. The person at the service counter treated me like I was just another stupid complaining customer. I felt degraded by the tone that this guy was using. Don't give these guys anymore business... you're just one of the annoyances in their eyes after you've purchased the car....read morehide

This car has plenty of power. I can cruise along at 80mph with the best of them. I average 31mpg. I have plenty of leg room and I'm over 6' tall. A horrible fogging of all windows at low temperatures. Ventilation, even on high heat does not help

I owned Toyota Corolla before my current Versa. I never had any fogging problems with Corolla. Versa has long lasting fogging of all windows at low temperatures.
