Upon introduction, the 2.0T is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 210-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 22-mpg in the city and 30-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 5-speed automatic transmission is optional. The Aero is equipped with a standard 2.8-liter, V6, 250-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 18-mpg in the city and 28-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.
The 2007 9-3 Sport Sedan is a carryover from 2006.
