This is my first Chevy Tahoe and I love it. We purchase the 2008 Chevy Tahoe LT and it's the most comfortable suv on the market. I test drove several before buying this one! Not only is this a great vehicle , the incentives were great too. I've owned Fords in the past and had nothing but troubles w/ them all. No more Fords in my future! We purchased our Tahoe from Giant in Visalia, Ca, ... the best service in the world!! Promise!

big engine with good performance,luxury type of vehicle,nice wheels but not so nice tires,and great apperance.......

Automatic V4 mode makes great mileage out of this big truck! On long rides I am getting 23+ mpg.
I think that the truck is a little pricey for a Chevy truck, but dealer had great incentives on buying - took over 10k off sticker and 0% financing.

WE HESITATED BUYING A TAHOE BECAUSE OF FUEL ECONOMY BUT ARE GETTING 17 TO 18 MILES PER GALLON WITH ONLY 700 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. THE INTERIOR COMFORT AND SMOOTH RIDE ARE WORTH A FEW MILES PER GALLON.

Excellent, nothing to dislike about..almost better than any other full SUV we had. this is our second Chevy and its a BIG difference, this is the ULTIMATE and its highly recommended. lets hope the fuel prices will not increase

This is the 3rd Tahoe, our family has owned. Our 2006 Z71 Tahoe drove like a truck so we trade it in on the new one. We had to wait for 6 weeks on our new Tahoe, to come from Canada to the dealership but worth the wait. I didn't even TEST DRIVE our new Tahoe, I just knew I wanted WHITE! When I got under the wheel I was BLOWN AWAY, with the SMOOTH driving. Let's just say I do the driving now in our family! Mama's Taxi - is now open! We have a 7yo daughter who loves our Tahoe and request to have it when she turns 16! (Not a bad deal for us)ha! It's every easy for me to lift my youngest daughter out of her car seat without having to climb into the back-seat. This is a very child friendly SUV with lots of space. The TAHOE, is my 1 pcik for any size family. After, taking trips to WV and FL with two kids it's rate A++++++++ for our family.

The Tahoe is very well designed. It gets impressive fuel economy for its 5.3L v8 engine. The seats are very comfortable even on long rides. Tows every thing we need it to. Handles well on every road condition imaginable. The GPS Navigation System is easy to use. The Onstar system combined with the Navigation makes traveling a breeze!! No more bringing big bulky road maps and driving directions. Love XM radio. Very quiet even on highway. Kids love the rear seat entertainment system. Its nice too for long trips--the kids don't get quite as bored. I am so glad it has the remote powered liftgate! Makes unloading and loading very easy. Absoultely love the back up camera!! I know its a ton of money to get one of these, but if you can do so. You will never regreat it. Even the base model Tahoe is nice.

This vehicle is amazing. I got rid of my gas guzzling Z71 Suburban and got the '08 Tahoe. Even with 20" rims and a V8 the gas mileage is around 22/17 which is impressive for any SUV especially a V8 with a lot of power. It is also very safe. I drove a car during the trade out process and I felt unsafe every time I drove it. The model '08 Tahoe is not only higher up and bigger than a car, obviously right, but also has full curtain air bags including over head.

Great car plenty of power, good at towing, smooth and comfortable ride, very reliable, an all around great truck and I would definatly recomend it to someone looking for an suv.
