This is my second ML. The car is completely new in comparisson to 2002 ML-320. This is totally different car. My average mileage on highway trip from NYC to Florida with 5 adults inside and roof laggage was 19.6 mpg including lost 4 hours in traffic but barely moving. My NYC mileage is around 15-16 mpg. This is way better than previous ML-320. Mileage can go as high as 22.3 mpg on open no traffic highway doing 70 mph or more.
Car is very stable and has good acceleration. Seats are very comfortable even after 20 hours in a car.
The navigation system is outdated and sometimes work very funny. There are very few options to select with navigation system. The directory of places and etc. is very good and updated.
Car was compared to AUDI, LAND ROVER, LEXUS AND MDX before purchase was made.
