Love this car it can do quite a-lot with less horsepower than a Mustangs not to mention it handles just like and all-wheel drive, and it's just a rear-wheel drive. Put a good driver behind the seat and he can do anything!!!

I bought this car about 2 months ago and have had a smile on my face ever since. Great car for the money if you really enjoy driving.
If you are considering this car chances are you already know everything I am going to say because the people who drive car are usually very informed about it.
If you are just looking at the car for its looks you must know that the suspension is very stiff and you feel very connected to the road. Chances are you will not be able to test drive it before you buy it, due to only 1500 in the US. All the luxury features have been stripped out of this car for weight reasons. It is very purpose built, which results in a very stiff ride, but gives confidence to the driver.
Some quick things you may not find by researching the specs, are that the front lip does clear most objects, and the aero kit does actually work over 60 miles an hour. It glues to you the road at high speeds, and when you look down at your speedometer your going 100 without knowing it.
The difference between this car and the regular Z's are obviously the looks. But it also has a stiff racing suspension, dampers, seam welds, and all the upgraded equiptment that is also on the Grand touring model (brembo breaks, 245/35 265/35 tires, slight negative chamber to the tires)
Anyway enough specs. I love this car and once you get used to the heavy gearbox and stif clutch this is an amazing car to drive. I had looked at STI's Evo's G35's (basicly a 350z with backseat) and I am very happy with my decision.

Wow oh wow. I first learned about this car in Import Tuner Magazine. I assumed that if I got one, I would lead the same fast paced life of all the incredibly famous and supremely talented Import Car builders out there. I've already modified my car by putting stickers on the windshield and mounting a boost gauge on the A pillar. I havent tried it, but I assume the car does 160 because that's what the speedo goes to. I've already been invited to three parties! The ultimate accessory, the Nissan 350Z is a safe investment. The only thing I don't understand is some mechanic told me the factory blinker fluid isn't very good, but for the life of me I can't find anything about it in the manual. I'll have Nissan look at it....read morehide

This car is a joy to drive. It will put a smile on your face every time you get in it. Make sure your wife doesn't have her own keys.

I've had my 2006 350Z Grand Touring for over a year now. It was my first true sportscar, and I plan to hold onto it for as long as I can! It's a real head-turner and conversation starter--strangers are forever asking me about it at stoplights, parking lots and gas stations--even though it's hardly among the most expensive cars on the road. When they ask, I tell them that it's got the highest "coolness-to-cost" ratio of any car in its class. Its Mercedes, Lexus and BMW competitors cost $10,000-$30,000 more, and quite frankly, don't look any more impressive...depending on the model, oftentimes less so!
In a nutshell, I'd tell a prospective buyer that he or she won't find a sharper, better-handling sportscar in its price range....read morehide

I just pruchased the 350z Touring less than a week ago and I love it. I'm 6'6 and the fit is great. The leather interior feels wonderful and placement of much of the accessiories are really smart (still getting used to the glove compartment being behind the passenger seat). The nav system works great so far and accomodates any deviations made enroute to your destination. Was told that you can pop the Nav DVD out and play regular DVD's but I have not tried that yet. Driving this car keeps you in EMD mode most of the time (EAT MY DUST). The car has great pickup and breaking. Leather seats, 6cd changer, xm radio, Bose Stereo system, Nav system and nice rims makes this car a very attractive package. The new duel intake make the car great for factor upgrades to boost the hp to about 340. But, the most important thing about this car is it's a joy to drive....read morehide

I rented this car for four days in LA. My daily driver is a 6 cylinder Jag S Type. The difference was night and day. This car was a lot of fun to drive. Classic sports car: heavy steering, very responsive brakes, great power. I'm not sure I would want to drive it every day, it's not a car for relaxed driving, but if you want to have fun, it's a great car. I would buy one as a second car in a heartbeat if I had room to park it. Minor issues include the terrible visibility out of the rear window, and I just didn't get the auto stick feature. Being a rental, stick wasn't an option. To me, auo stick isn't anything like a stick. In this car, you push the stick down for a down shift and up for an upshift, but in a real manual, sometimes a down shift is up, and an upshift is down(ie second to third, depending on your pattern. But's that's a minor quibble, and a real enthuisiast chooses the manual anyway, so it's a non issue. The level of equipment was very good, I think it was a level above base, not sure which one. I'm six foot, and I felt like I had a lot of room in the car. Very well done car....read morehide
