Purchased As Used
They made me a deal worth flying to Chicago and driving it back to Texas. As others have mentioned, it is built for the track and therefore doesn't have much luxury options to speak of. The ride is stiff with plenty of road noise. The seats could use a lubar adjustment too. Don't buy if you looking for fancysmancy. If you want serious perfomance at an affordable price, this is your carro. It feels good in turns/curves as well as on straight aways. Driving feels about the same at 70mph or 150mph, no floating at all. Be careful where you are driving this machine. The front spoiler is lower than you might realize and sticks out further than you think until you get used to driving it. I drive the nismo on weekends and/or road trips. I wouldn't use it as a daily driver....read morehide

True. Great speed. Great exhaust sound. Great look in and out. Great suspension too. Think it's your normal 350z, NOPE. Tha'ts why everyone looks twice. Keep looking, I'll take all the attention over the Vette, Mustang and RX8. Why, because now alot of women drive those things. Why even get the GM entry level sports cars or 1 of many million production cars on the road. Be unique. The Nismo is still rare, even in your area. I havne't seen 1 yet. My first sports car, yes. I waited til the best was out there, but rarely seen.
I have an '08 Black-NISMO, 1900's production, not exact number.
The only car this can measure up to is the new Nissan GTR. Seen any, I didn't think so. Seen mine, I don't think so....read morehide

Its a good car if your into racing and stuff, umm looks real good but is not a dailey driving vehicle. Turns at high speeds without losing traction. I only had one issue when i was going abouta 100 ona back rd and hit a small bump while making a small turn and the car ended up doing a 360 luckily i didnt hit anyhting. I have had 3 350z's this one is my favorite but if your not into real sport cars this car sint for you there is no luxury in this car whats so ever interior is very plain and doesnt even come with bose speakers. Very stiff due to suspension. in all its a good car to keep in the garage and drive over the wekeend or summer...read morehide

Well my advice is to invest in a good radar detector cause this car is Hot in the eyes of the Police.. it is funny when Civics that aere souped up with thos noisy muffler that is just only roaring sound tried to over take my Z well i always experience it.. it really have an intimidating factor..

I bought this car about 2 months ago and have had a smile on my face ever since. Great car for the money if you really enjoy driving.
If you are considering this car chances are you already know everything I am going to say because the people who drive car are usually very informed about it.
If you are just looking at the car for its looks you must know that the suspension is very stiff and you feel very connected to the road. Chances are you will not be able to test drive it before you buy it, due to only 1500 in the US. All the luxury features have been stripped out of this car for weight reasons. It is very purpose built, which results in a very stiff ride, but gives confidence to the driver.
Some quick things you may not find by researching the specs, are that the front lip does clear most objects, and the aero kit does actually work over 60 miles an hour. It glues to you the road at high speeds, and when you look down at your speedometer your going 100 without knowing it.
The difference between this car and the regular Z's are obviously the looks. But it also has a stiff racing suspension, dampers, seam welds, and all the upgraded equiptment that is also on the Grand touring model (brembo breaks, 245/35 265/35 tires, slight negative chamber to the tires)
Anyway enough specs. I love this car and once you get used to the heavy gearbox and stif clutch this is an amazing car to drive. I had looked at STI's Evo's G35's (basicly a 350z with backseat) and I am very happy with my decision.
