GREAT VALUE FOR ALL THE ROOM AND DECENT RIDE. IT CAN BE A LITTLE NOISY WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY. I GET PRETTY GOOD GAS MILEAGE, I DRIVE OVER 100 MILES A DAY TO/FROM WORK A DAY. LOVE THAT MY IPOD PLUGS DIRECTLY INTO STEREO. I LOOKED INTO THE CRV, EQUINOX, SANTA FE, RAV, AND ALSO A CHEVY COLORADO. FOR THE PRICE AND RELIABILITY THIS IS DEFINATELY THE WAY TO GO. THIS WAS MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AND I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED. I NOW HAVE TO FIGHT OFF MY HUSBAND FROM TRYING TO TAKE MY CAR FROM ME. LOL. VERY EASY TO GET IN AND OUT OF, GREAT HANDLING. This is all in all a great car. I've dreven this in rain, snow, and dry weather and it handles wonderfully. I've put about 30k miles on it and have driven it in over a half of dozen cities. Especially good for congested cities like Washington D.C. Some complain about the seats, but IMO, it is very comfortable! The armrest is my favorite, because I always rest my arm while driving.

Excellent room for even 4 older adults, Kids love it, excelent handling and good power.

Scion should offer a better front seat with electronic controls.

We replaced Ford Contour with over 225,000 miles and are very happy with everything except front drivers seat and passengers front seat belt. The car is extremely easy to get in and out of no matter what seat. We are older adults and realize the car is tailored to a younger market but Toyota would do well to offer a package tailored tolder adults, specifically a more comfortable drivers seat. Fuel mileage is routinely averaging better than 26 mpg city/hyway. Fuel tank could be slightly larger but is no real determent. Car has more room than many larger vehicles we tested and we donot feel cramped when driving. Handling is excellent and has already prevented at least one collision with a deer. The 4 wheel disk brakes are an added bonus usually found on larger cars. The car has a much better feel of safety and security than the earlier models and it has the most air bags of any car in this class that we tested, so we feel safe even when we have our grandchildren with us. car is great, sound system is awsome straigth out of the factory, colors for car are really good, and the nice thing is many accesories from the own company , even to tweak ur horsepower more without voiding any warranty. good car i like it so far.

Test drove one and I really didnt like that it had no power like some 4 Cylinder cars,It looks ugly and I bet this car would blow up into a million pieces if it got in to a crash with a truck.

Design and can cause windshield to crack.

This car is perfect for small or new families. My wife and I have 2 kids and is perfect for trips and weekly grocery trips and shopping. The car does really well with gas. I get about 280 miles from full to empty.

One HUGE problem with this car is that only having the car for 3 weeks a crack started to appear at the seam of the windshield. Research the XB windshield before you make an XB purchase and decide if it's right vehicle for you....read morehide

THE FRONT SEATS ARE TO UMCOMFORTABLE

THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT IS UNCOMFORTABLE AND THE ARM REST IS VERY EXTREMENLY UNCOMFORTABLE IF I COULD CHANGE THAT IT WOULD BE AWESOME ALSO THE SEATS THE MATERIAL IS YUKY IT COULD BE BETTER

Very fun to drive. You can personalize it to your taste.

Rear light is not bright enough since it is only on one side.

Maybe it's the way that I drive but I don't see where the good gas mileage comes in at. My minivan I traded in got way better gas mileage and it was a v6.
Other than that, I love it. I find reasons to drive it. I can't wait to really trick it out the way I want.
I love the gold one! Very pretty and it has a sunroof. I wish I would have seen this one first. That bad boy is tight!

'08 Fun to drive and plenty of power. Built well. Large as a SUV with seats down. Kids love it.

Need 5 sp automatic.

My 2nd XB. LOVE IT even more. Feels tight and safe.
Kids love the look and ride.
Love the digital display and traction control. Can watch mpg with the digital display and increase it with good driving habits.
Also with the like tiptronic transmission I can flip out of automatic and have fun shifting if I feel like it.
12k miles and NO PROBLEMS.
