Purchased As New
I bought this car almost three years ago and have driven it for more than 60K miles now. The car is great, I should have gotten a Camry years ago if I had known this car was this good. Great gas mileage even better running on premium 30+++MPG. Beware of Toyota dealerships thrying to rip you off on service ..shop around andon do big maintenance jobs..Otherwise the cars oil is changed every 5K mile w/ tiI got the standard 16"wheels..not a looker but tires ARE much cheaper the 17"s-19"s ...gotake one for a drive..you will not be dissapointed....read morehide

I've had my Camry for a little over 5 months now and I'm completely satisfied, it's a great car in every respect and I believe it's excellent value for money.

Comfortable ride, but terrible gas mileage. My first tank was 28 mpg, second tank was 24 mpg, and now is about 20 mpg, with only 3500 miles.

There were three things that swayed me to purchase my Camry. One was the extra safety feature, driver's side knee air bag, that the Accord did not offer. Another was the headlights turn on and off automatically, the Accord's do not. Next was the price, two thousand less. I compared base models on both the Camry and the Accord. The Camry was my choice....read morehide

Used this car for a long trip about 2200 miles. Economy was 31.4 MPG
overall. This car's performance and ride was great.

Noisy engine and noisy interior. Very disappointed overall. Would not buy again. Next time I'd buy a Honda or the new Malibu.

The reason for poor mpg is transmission shifting so much which is hard on engines and xmissions plus you don't get the mpg you would running in a higher gear.the engines are being worked to death.I can see why the warranty is half what the rest of the autos are, they can't last like that.2006 back are great but things have changed and oh how.with the electronic transmission they have created a monster and they don't know what to do with it.A recall would be in order for all the 4 cyl because they just don't work properly but I don't know about the 6 cyl they may ok.I was advised [by dealership[ to buy the 4 because of gas milage but with the poor poor mpg I can't help but wander what the 6 would get....read morehide

This car rattles on acceleration. When passing cars it dies, hesitates, then launches. It takes about 5 seconds to react. Too dangerous. THE PAINT is the worst. It must be cheap paint and very poor clear coat. The car has more chips and scratches so easily. You walk by the car and it will scratch. Very cheap. The A/C unit has a problem with flushing condensation, it will smell like rot after 6 months. It is bacteria and mold that creates a health hazard, you breath it. Toyota's fix for this . . . "dont recirculate the a/c". That's just great, smell the exhaust of other cars. Suspension is rough. Horrible MPG for a 4 cyl. 20mpg combined. This car is worth $9,000, you are paying $10,000 for the name only, which even Consumer Reports says its not worth it....read morehide
