While I don't use my Tundra CrewCab for any heavy duty use, I bought it for the roominess and occasional towing capacity and it's looks. I liked the exterior looks and my wife fell in love with the interior. I get lots of comments when I take other riders that it sure is nice for a "pickup"....read morehide

I looked at Ford, GMC, Chevy, Dodge and Toyota... I was close to purchasing a Ford F150 until I drove the Toyata Tundra 5.7L CrewMax... The size of the seeting area in the back and the comfortable ride along with consumer reports rating is why I decided on the Toyota Tundra... I have no regrets...

As I said it is my first truck, I felt the truck does not have enough power to pull my 23 feet sea ray boat.

When I decided that I was going to get a truck, I wanted a truck that was strong, reliable and was easy on the eyes. I followed this truck for awhile because the front of it had to grow on me. The more I saw the truck, the more i liked it. I wasn't hooked until I took it for a test drive. Now I have the 4X4 Crewmax (5.7) and I love it. I have the Salsa red with the Big 20 inch tires. People always tell me that they like my truck. I just put the Line-x in the back that really brought it out more. If you want a truck, this is the one for you. I love my truck....read morehide

Truck owner for the last 30 years & Toyota beats the pack. With in the last 2 years I leased a Ford 250 4X4 "Big let down" then moved in to a Chevrolet LTZ 4X4 HD 2500 Crew cab "Was better than the Ford in performance but the 4x4 was a big let down off road & the ride was the worst! even on city roads. Toyota just happends to build a truck that can perform and handle years of dependability. Every truck maker has their problems, even Toyota can't be perfect; but for all the money & high gas cost of owning a truck these days Toyota is your going to be your best bet. From just the little things like "a light around your ignition so you can see where to put your key at night to srtandard mud guards". The other truck makers just seem to fall short on the Big picture on how to build a quality long lasting truck. Why is it that the most used truck all over the world and in 3rd world countries is always a Toyota! not GMC not Ford. I would be the first to own 100% American made & even tried giving them a chance, but when it comes down to spending my hard earned money on one of the biggest investments we make next to our home, Toyota is worth every dollar & then some....read morehide

I have purchased many pick up trucks and this has the best road handling of all. I also like the fact my whole back window rolls down.

I am very pleased with my Tundra 11000 miles no issues so far. I read some of the other reveiws and it seems that one of the biggest complaints is fuel economy #1 its a truck and if its fuel economy they want they should own something other then a truck.. I own a Ford pickup and a GMC neither one gets any better then the other maybe a mile or two.. It takes fuel to make POWER if you don't think so just ask your mechanic.. I think any pickup that can get between 13 to 15 mpg running around is decent which by the way none of the three I own get better unless on a trip. By the way all 3 are 2008 models all are half tons all are loaded....read morehide
