I just bought an 09 A4 premium plus with Audi Interface and sport package. Let me start by saying that I test drove every car in the class (BMW 335, Infiniti G37, Lexus 250/350 etc). Not one of these cars can compare to the overall looks of both the exterior and especially the interior of the car. As far as performance goes, I feel the BMW was the "best performance" engine wise, but the Audi was not far behind. With the BMW costing about $13000 more, it was an easy decision to go with the Audi. Even the BMW dealer told me that if the BMW engine had the interior of the Audi, it would be the best selling car out there. I felt the BMW interior was way inferior.The suspension on the Audi is tight, but thats what you have to expect with the sport package. Get it on a smooth road or open highway, the ride is incredible! I have to say I was impressed with the gas mileage (28 mpg highway) on my very first tank of gas. I drove it up the coast of California and that was the average. Since then, now that the car is "broken in" the mpg are getting even better. (Last tank I was getting 31 mpg on the highway and I have a heavy foot!)
