i bought my 2008 q7 off the showroom floor end of oct 2008. The dealership has had it more that i have. One week after having it the sunroof switch didnt work and the tires weren't balanced. Ater taking it in to get it fixed..two hubcaps fell off and broke. My first oil change..they didnt tighten the oil filter and oil leaked out for three days..they had to tow it. Then the battery has went dead countless times. They tried to blame us the first time but when it happened again, and again they kept it at the dealership for two weeks to figure it out. About a week later..u guessed it! They now have my car and if they dont find me a comperable vehicle..ill be getting an infinity qx56
