I have owned various sports cars at different price points from different countries and rented various exotics. I love driving my 2008 Z-06 as much or more than all the rest (with exception of the F-430). I enjoy shifting manually over a clutchless F-1. If it were quieter on the LA freeways it would be a suitable daily driver. PS: I drove from San Bernardino to Pasadena one evening with the air off and the cruise on 70 getting an average just over 30 mpg....read morehide

Overall the Z06 is an amazing car. There is nothing better that pulling up beside a $ 200,000 car and knowing that your car can spank it in a race. One thing I did notice on the Z06 was that the console were the shifter is, gets really hot when you are driving. I guess its from the heat of the transmission. Go out and buy one you wont regret it....read morehide

I just rec;d my highly anticipated car .It is more than I expected everything you guys are reading is true 10 times over.My only draw back is the 40k upcharge all the dealers are getting for this car.
