We have had the SUV for a month and really like it. Love the power in the engine and the 20" Chrome wheels that are standard with the "J" package. On the road, our MDS Hemi gets up to 22MPG at 55-65 MPH, and around 19MPG at 65-75 MPH. The average around town is 15-16MPG. The inside is well-appointed with leather everywhere complemented with wood trim. The navigation system with sat radio is good to have on long drives while the rear DVD keeps the kids happy. There is plenty of room for storage, especially when the third seat is folded away. The remote start feature along with the remote tailgate is convenient in the summer months when you are loading kids, beach gear or groceries. This SUV is loaded with extras that you would find on SUV's that are $20K more expensive. The dealers are also giving deep discounts on the naturally aspirated Hemi, as the hybrid options are in more demand. Overall, great SUV, looks great and fun to drive. I would go with the MDS Hemi as the Flexfuel MPG is pretty low as are it's horsepower and torque. We test drove Escalade, MDX and Yukon, and Aspen won hands down....read morehide

I love the keyless entry and automatic back hatch opener. The kids love their own seats in the back and the plug for their games. Oh, and I couldn't live without the navigation system!

I love my Aspen. I came out of a 2 seater roadster and it was the best decision I have made in years. I drove every large SUV on the road and dollar for dollar, I got the best deal

I've had this SUV for over a year now. The things I really appreciate about it are the power of the Hemi (I have the multi-displacement engine), and the features of this car draw a lot of attention. I enjoy the sun/moon roof, and the sound system is really nice. It appears to have a dampener when the bass gets to loud to turn down the volume so it doesn't blow speakers. The built-in power convertor to run your phone charger, or hook up a playstation to the roof mounted flat screen was a nice addition.
When we first got the Aspen, we had an unbalanced drive line, which caused for some vibration, and some quirky light issue which caused all my dashlights/exterior lights to go out. Other than that, it's been rock solid, and never given me a doubt on if we'd get somewhere.
The on-board navigation system works fairly well, having taken my family to California amusement parks, with no problem. The Blue-tooth Handsfree phone could've had a smoother integration, but works well only if you have do not have the a/c set to high fan and/or the windows down at high speed.
The six disc MP3 player is awesome... being able to get over a thousand songs into your deck means never really having to swap out CD's but maybe twice a year.
All-in-All, My wife and I do love this truck. We're both over 6', and with 3 kids (one of them 6'7") it isn't super-roomy, but we are at least not crammed into it....read morehide
