This was a Chrysler lease. We have had 10 minivans since Chrysler invented it. The only vehicle we found that met our needs as well was a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Loved everything about the van except the tires. We love to travel and put about 16,000 miles on a vehicle each year. Great for hauling stuff with seats down. Friends had a 2008 Honda van and traded it in on a T&C Touring after going on a few trips with us. (Atlantic City-Niagara Falls-Chicago) Can not see why anyone would spend $ 5,000 to $ 10,000 more for a foreign van when the Chrysler is so good, reliable and easy to drive. Seating is high enough so when you look out the windshield you can see the road and how far things are away. Friend's Honda you could not judge distances due to the hood and long dash he also had a tendancy to run over curbs scrapping the underside. I noticed the 2010 ratings give the Chrysler 5 stars but the Dodge Caravan only 4. Don't your reviewers know they are exactly the same vehicle ? After reading the reviews on the foreign models I guess not. You people missed the better fit and finish, even lines, better suspension and the fact that it is the best selling van on the market with more repeat buyers than any other van. Honda selects a certain trim level with options and claims they sell more than Chrysler but the numbers of vans sold total tells the real story. Copying is the most sincere form of envy and they all copied Chrysler. Like Consumers Reports I guess you never met an American vehicle that you liked !! Too bad! These vans are great for families, seniors who like to travel or as a great alternative to SUV's....read morehide

I have had to replace the brakes twice (2008 Town &Country - purchased 12-2007 - replaced the first time in Dec 2008 and again in Aug 2009). Power rear sliding doors have been replaced 2 - keys had to be be re-programmed because of electrical issues 3 times. UUGH! Will probably never by a Chrysler Towne & Country again....read morehide

We've had 10 Chrysler (Dodge, Plymouth) minivans so far, this is the 11th and definitely the best overall. I've spent quite a bit of time in the last few years in driving Town cars and DeVilles plus a little time in a Mercedes S500. None of them have been as comfortable overall as even our early '90s Caravans. What I've been wanting is the low noise levels and the acceleration of a late model Deville in a minivan. Now I've got it. Plus having the better, more comfortable seats and seating position of the minivan. This one won't be as inexpensive to run as the earlier models, but I can afford far more than this, just can't find a more luxurious vehicle at any price. I would like to have self leveling air springs on at least the rear, but the coil spring rear suspension on the '08-'09 models means that I can do the conversion rather easily. Chrysler should do this for the people who don't have their own shop and the ability to do major suspension modifications correctly....read morehide

This is my second T&C, both limiteds. This one is far superior to my 07. About the same price but much more content and better material. The 4.0 with the suspension upgrades that come with it is perfect. I always felt the 07 was to "floatty" . Love the second row windows that go down along with the window shades. The power rear seats are great as is the dual DVD player. Just overall a very, very nice van...read morehide

I have now over 3200 miles on my T&C Limited. The quality is flawless. Before I had a japanese minivan. By the time it reached 3000 miles, it had been 3 times in the shop. The Japanese also give you no roadside assistance.
The T&C protects the battery by allowing you to operate its doors either automatic or manually. Others do not have this feature. I also like that it tells you when the fog lights are on. Again others don't. Most car reviews are superficial. If they would go into depth they would realize how much love and thought went into the new T&C. Another example the rear gate. You can operate it with a button thus protecting its smooth operation. Compare others. It tells you the pressure of each tire. The interior lighting is pleasant and inviting. The navigation screen is of hard material (probably glass), more scratch resistant. The leather so rich, that you don't dare to sit on it at first. Satelite TV a feature nobody else offers. Realtime traffic and automatic rerouting. Great choice of exterior colors. Very powerful engine. Supple ride. Bigger rear windows than others. I would not want to miss its center console. Comfortable, movable, heatable second row seats. The car tells you when you need an oilchange. You have to look closer to appreciate the many outstanding features of this vehicle....read morehide

Chrysler truely did think of everything when they built this van. It is more like a Mini-RV rather than a Mini-Van. Meaning that it has all the comfort and features that you could get in a RV (minus the kitchen and bathroom of course). I purchased the limited (top of the line) version for around the same price I would have payed for a low-end version of some different manufacturers. This Town & Country is by far the best looking of all other mini-vans I have seen, inside and out. It rides smooth, and has features that are offered in more luxurious high end (more expensive) vehicles such as Cadillac. It is equipped with Rain-Sensitive Wipers, 2-Person Memory Seating, Heated seats in First & Second-Row, Auto-Dimming Mirrors, Outside Mirror Defroster, Second-Row Power Windows, Third-Row Power Vented Windows, Automatic Side-Door and Liftgate. These are just some of the features, I would run out of text if I were to name them all. A couple downsides I guess would be that there is no 4-wheel drive, and the leg room for the swivel and go seating is limited. The Uconnect system is awesome, just speak your commands to Navigate, change the radio station, place a phone call etc....read morehide

This is by far the BEST VAN ON THE MARKET, with the BEST WARRANTY ON THE MARKET. My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for awhile now. We were looking for a larger vehicle for a growing family. My only stipulation was "not a mini-van", but that changed as soon as I seen the Chrysler Town and Country LIMITED. Being a man I was concerned with the whole "soccer mom" reputation associated with a mini-van. That thought was dismissed immediately. The Limited model is decked out with chrome wheels and chrome accents throughout. The "Swivel-And-Go" seats with the included table is like having your own game room on the go. The touch screen multi-media station is a great added feature, as well as the Dual Monitor DVD rear passenger entertainment system. Let me not forget Storage, Storage, Storage. With the many storage compartments you have room to store and haul almost anything you can think of. There are just too many great features to list, I can go on forever. Also the LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRENTY, which can't be beat....read morehide

This is our sixth T&C and is by far the best yet. Amazing economy from a truly powerful engine. Not one problem in 15,000 miles. Can't say enough good about this vehicle.
