I drive the equivalent of the R/T as a police car with a police package at work (police dept.). Currently has 107,000 miles in two years, and counting. Very reliable car given the abuse it takes daily. The only real repairs have been to replace several bushings in the suspension system. Routine mechanical work has been regular oil changes, brake pads and tires. No engine or transmission problems so far! If driven reasonably, gets excellent mileage given the size of the car and engine. If driven hard, it will GUZZLE gas.
