Excellent Power, Excellent Mileage. On the highway my 368 Hp V-8 gets around 28 mpg cruising at 75 mph. Very smooth and handles competently.
Would highly recommend this car to any performance car enthusiast who needs 4 doors and respectable mileage.
Compare this to the new Maxima or the Acuras, after you drive them and then drive the Charger R/T, you would choose the Charger R/T everytime....read morehide

I loved my Charger R/T. Put 37000 miles on it without a problem. Only reason I don't still have it is I traded it in on a new Challenger R/T -- which is also fabulous!

A nice-sized very comfortable car. This one is loaded with every option available, even satellite TV for back seat passengers. It gets lots of looks, and for some reason the BMW owners seem to want to race!
Gas mileage is right at 17 mpg, city and highway combined. It's as fast as I'd ever want a car to be and feels like it's got so much power to spare. So much fun!...read morehide

About as close as you come to a 60's muscle car with new technology. Forget fuel economy this car is raw power and a throw back to raw Detroit automobile power. My car is an 09 orange SuperBee. Fast, loud, outrageous performance, terrible gas miliage, great color, every thing an evironmentalist hates! Every time I drive the car it is an experience....read morehide

I drove a Charger (i guess it was the SE model), the handling going around curves is xcellent, pretty good on gas 4 the hwy. It has lots of leg room, front & back, lots of trunk space. i had only 1 problem & that was the rear view mirror. Hard 2 adjust when the opera lights r n the way. The ride is very good, very very good. Do 85 an u dont even no it!!!!!...read morehide

I drive the equivalent of the R/T as a police car with a police package at work (police dept.). Currently has 107,000 miles in two years, and counting. Very reliable car given the abuse it takes daily. The only real repairs have been to replace several bushings in the suspension system. Routine mechanical work has been regular oil changes, brake pads and tires. No engine or transmission problems so far! If driven reasonably, gets excellent mileage given the size of the car and engine. If driven hard, it will GUZZLE gas....read morehide

First of I would like to talk about the 4 door. Why couldn't they go with the 2 door coupe? It just totally kills the Chargers history. Top of that the SE model is way to under powered for a V6 engine at that extremly high price. Your better off with a more powerful V6 Mustang that offers more horses.
Once you get into the V8 models, you start talking about more power. Which is good. When you got that much power in a 4 door sedan, it doesn't just feel right.
Lastly, the AWD model is pointless. What the heck is a muscle car when it's all wheel drive? It isn't!
Dodge totally lost their pedigree when they released the Charger out. It's completely over shadowed by the Challenger.
Oh, the pros. It is comfortable and the 4 door is convenient. But you can get that out of a Civic......read morehide

Driving it home for the first time took me one hour. Normally it would take 10 minutes. It's a dream to drive. The seats hugged me the whole time. I was too scared to put the hammer down so I cruised home. I love this car. I traded my 06 RT for it and haven't thought twice about it. I had to change out the Goodyear RS-As because of tire spin on wet roads. Too much torque for those tires. I can't wait to get it to a track to let it loose....read morehide
