It is a great relief that there is still one american car company cranking out good cars. The Escape was a great fit for me and my family of three, I bought it earlier this year when Ford was offering the employee discounts. I give this car high marks on it's styling and comfort. I get 22+ average MPGs in mostly suburbia driving, while still providing plenty of power to satisfy my macho husbands need for power. At this point it has gone to the dealer once for an improperly installed air conditioning hose- no air conditioning-it took a couple of days to get the part from the factory. The interior is hansome and the SYNC feature is nice, I would really recommend this car.
