I worked for Ford so my opinion may be a bit swayed with some level of loyalty. Trust me, if it was a piece of junk, I would tell it like it was. Of all the Ford vehicles I've driven, the F-150 is tops. The engineers wasted nothing at giving the customers what they want in this truck. Every detail was thought of and no stone left unturned. As the commercial says "Drive one". The first look at the 2009 XLT 4x4 will draw any customer in for a closer look. What you'll find on the outside is beef! This truck is tops in nearly every catagory and looks are important. Mechanics of the vehicle, let Car and Driver, Harbor Reports, Consumer Reports. and Edmunds among others explain why the truck is tops among consumers. All I know, it works for Ford. Comfort level, is 5-star all the way. Plush interior and all the buttons and gadgets to make any long commuter happy. Performance the engine Ford puts in their vehicle once again is tops among all competitors. Value, yea, it's some cash, but certainly a vehicle that made for the long haul. The ROI would challenge your cost base. For reliability, best selling truck umpteen years running, nuff said!
