This was a great vehicle for our needs. The additonal bucks for the SLT was well worth the bells and whisles.Heated seats were a must for my wife with cronic back pain.This was equipped with a 373 rear for the towing capability. I only used this one time in four years for towing and sacraficed a couple mpg for the entire time...not worth the money for the lower rear ratio for me. I have just purchased a 2009 Denali and find the mpg to be better even with the V-8 but with a higher rear ratio. The new vehicle has independent for wheel air suspension and feels quite a bit more substantial to drive...quite like the feel of a larger Tahoe or Silverado pick-up both of which I have had and still do drive.
