I desperately want to trade my 2009 Civic in. The dash rattles like one might expect from a 12- or 15- year old car, and the dealer is unable to cure the problem. I feel like I'm caught in an echo chamber when rain hits the car roof. I cannot ride in the car for more than 40 minutes without feeling uncomfortable; there is zero lumbar support. The nav system has misdirected me. The display for the auxiliary audio (iPod) is also unreliable. It sometimes gets hung up when I search for a song, or displays information about a song other than the one that it is currently playing. On the positive side, it does get good mileage.
