I bought my Civic about 4 months ago now and I absolutely love it. It's a major upgrade from the Dodge Neon that I had. I average about 33/34 mpg combined city/hwy. I could probably get better milage if it hadn't been so hot lately. I kind of have to run the AC so I don't kill myself in the heat. A big plus side to this car is that I can drive it about 7,000 miles before getting my oil changed. I love it....read morehide

At first our milage was not as expected. We were told to give it a 1000 miles. Now with a bit of gentle driving we get 40 mph on the highway. We were pleased with the milage on our 2002 Intrepid (32 highway mpg). The Honda goes the same distance on a tank of gas (11 gallons) that the Intrepid travels on a tank (16 gallons). The Honda is a nice road car. It is comfortable and we know we'll get to where we're going without any trouble. We believe it was a great investment...read morehide

This car is absolutely gorgeous. I hated what Honda did with the accords, but they made the civics look great. I didn't like the back end on the four door, but the coupes are perfect. There is a bit of a blind spot, but that's the same with any coupe, and it just takes getting used to. The inside is so comfortable and looks nice (test drove mustangs too, and they looked cheap and weren't comfortable at all). The seats are the perfect size, and the leather is very soft. The sound system on this model is great, and the navigation system and the whole audio interface is very nice. I love everything about this car....read morehide

This is a great car. I traded a Mercury Grand Marquis in on this car. The Mercury was a great car and got fairly good gas mileage - 21 average. It was often difficult to park because it was so large. I live in Houston and parking can be difficult. The Civic makes parking much, much easier. The Civic averages near 34 mpg mixed driving....read morehide

Handling is amazing, and so is braking and accelaration. In my opinion appearance looks good. Build quility is one of the best in its class. Car looks good, drives good, feels good and is comfortable. Can't really find something i really don't like about this car. Only thing is road noise but it is a small car. Also wont win any races, but will save you money cause its so efficient. One of the best car out there. Would definitely reccomend this car to anyone who is looking for a car in this class....read morehide

Ive had a 02 , 06 and now a 2008 . All in EX trim level. Silver , Atomic Meatllic Blue and now Rallye Red ! I love the way the car performs . The reformulated mileage est is a crock . I'm still getting near 30 city and 40 to 42 on highway . The stereo ROCKS !!! I have 2 yrs left on lease and can't wait for next one !...read morehide

Firstly it has a bad speaker system, Woofer is use less, at volume 10 which is below normal the woofer gives burrr sound. Honda customer service is not good in addressing the issue. Getting in and out is not comfortable. I am already having wrinkles in the leather seat. Chassis design is poor. Not sure if you will have all your body parts safe at 65mph head on collision. Boot space looks big but the question is can you use 100%. Noisy inside cabin. I personally think we are paying way too much for this car than its real worth. I would rather go for brand New Nissan Versa (Base model with AC) use it for 2 - 3 years and buy another brand new the same model. You will still have money in your pocket. Obiviously you can buy a good stereo system and install it. I would say this is a hopeless car except that it gives a good mileage. But you already lost money in buyin this car. So the question is where are you saving money when you buy this car?...read morehide

Simply love my Civic. I don't notice the road noise much but I also take full advantage of the USB hook up for my iPod. (The USB interface does NOT support Zunes) The sound system is very good, especially for being factory installed. I do not recommend the Civic (coupe at least) for anybody over about 6'1" or 6'2", I am 6 foot and have an inch or two head clearance. Also, shifting with the standard transmission is very easy and smooth. My driving is about 75/25 highway/town and get a solid 30 mpg with quick starts on hilly terrain....read morehide

I love this car it is very stylish and good on the road. You are able to see how fast you are going with the digital speedometer.
Small size makes it easy to navigate and park.
