I bought this car 1 week ago today & I LOVE IT..!..My car is sporty, comfy and awesome. I love the fact that it's great on gas, has lots of room and travels great. This is my first Honda purchase and I will never buy another type of car again. I'm very happy that I got this car for $17,000.00 out the door. I have owned Hondas since the 80s buying one a decade and putting on 250,000KM+ on each.On all three cars I never had an unexpected repair.On the last Civic I just traded which was 12 years old the muffler and original battery were still functioning perfectly. The worst road noise I have encountered in the 5 Hondas I have owned.

Very dependable, easy to repair, and the dealerships are very aware regarding owner satisfaction. The car gets great gas mileage. There are some detracting points however. The dealership is more concerned about how their sales department is doing than any thing else. Once you buy the car, Honda is not too concerned about what you think about the car, or what could be done to improve it. When I mentioned that out of the 5 Hondas I have owned, this 2008 Civic model had the worst road noise I have ever experienced. It is terrible. When I mentioned this to the dealership, I just got blank stares. It is because they know it takes a lot to improve this particular complaint. Honda isnt going to waste the time. They are more concerned about how the salesman are doing selling their vehicles and whether you are ever so happy that the service department reps have a nice smile than how to improve the automobile. I mean who is disatisfied with their oil change? Customers just care about the amt of time it takes to get out of there....read morehide
