Purchased As New
This is my second Honda Civic (I recently traded my 2006 for the 2009). I like the styling of the 2009. The 2009 doesn't provide as good of gas mileage as the 2006 (perhaps when I get it broken in). My dealer said the run the car until 15% showed on the oil minder before I had the first oil change----I have checked with several Honda service departments and most say to change it at 5,000 miles (there doesn't seem to be consensus as to when to change the oil).
I wish the emergency brake could be moved from its present position since it gouges my right leg. I also wish the front arm rests were covered with another material since the cloth has a tendency to wear and show age. It would be nice if the back seat would fold in two sections [as the Ex. model does]instead of the entire seat back folding. All in all, I'm very satisified with my new 2009 Honda Civic.
