First, I've had Hondas since 1984. I traded in my 1999 CRV for a new one last year and I miss my '99. I also agree with a previous review, the materials and workmanship are not as top quality as the older models. I've had it in the shop several times for a rattle in the driver side door (they finally replaced the inside panel), now there seems to be a rattle in the driver window, and two tires were worn after only 12,000 miles (I rotated at 6,000 miles). I have to say, I was somewhat disappointed in the new CRV since I never had my '99 in the shop except for routine maintenance.
