Purchased 2008 year in 5/2008. Live up in the Emerald City which received an unexpected amount of snowfall that winter. Met with a bunch of said snow as well as black ice. Car handled better on snow than most of the SUVs and trucks I encountered on the road. So I bout the 2010 hyundai accent gs popular equipment package last week. I was able to get it taxes everything for only 11360 out the door (after lots of negotiating of course.) But this car, mine being the 5 speed is amazing!! You can get the 100,000 mile 10 year bumper to bumper extention for 1500 which I did and is completely worth it! It handles like a dream around bumps, corners, everywhere. I have free XM for 3 months, power everything and the 2010 has an eco light that tells you exactly when to shift in order to get the best gas mileage. For the price you can't get a better car. Hyundai has really cleaned up there act and how can you go wrong with such a warranty! The inside is very stylish on the popular equipment model even has a usb hookup for your ipod standard! I compared to my friends honda hatchback and this by far beats it! The inside is also suprisingly roomy!...read morehide

Bought this car brand new and the check engine light came on after about 14 hours of having it. The code was for knocking. The dealership said they fixed it and it came back on after about 5 more hours.

I purchased my 2009 Tango Red Accent on St. Patrick's Day. I have enjoyed this car tremendously. Before, I had a Kia Rio which was extremely unreliable. With the Accent, I don't have to listen to little creaks and sounds, etc. Also, the look of it is wonderful! So sleek. I love that I can get so much stuff in the back when I fold my seats down, but when they are up, my 6'2" brother can fit in the back with plenty of leg room! It does take a little pressure on the gas pedal to get onto the interstate - If you go up to 4rpm, you can watch the gas needle go towards E a little quicker. But overall, I love this car. The sound of the speakers is amazing, I've barely got any dents in the door (and I go to walmart on a weekly basis), The interior is so comfortable, and it was at a good price! It is a fun little car to drive. payed under $10,000 for due to the fact I bought two Hyundia's at the same time. For a little car for the money, I recommed this little car, good leg room, I'm 6ft 2inches, and has pretty good room, the car is a little loud, but over all, this car has been great!!! The car I bought was the 2007, so I've had it for 2 years. Parking is a snap. Also good gas mileage, it's nice to drive a car to work, 42miles round trip, and filling it up for about $15-16, for the week....read morehide

I bought this car new several weeks ago. While the car is still new, the overall performance is great. The room inside exceeded the 09 Toyota Corolla I was going to get. I have the 3 door model with base amenities. The XM radio you get for 3 months free is also great. They have excellent warranty and promotions like roadside assistance, free nitrogen in tires, 2 oil changes free, free tank of gas, and if you need extra coverage, they got it! Really excellent value for the price. These cars when researched are the best in thier class. poor fuel economy for size

Original tires replaced as unsafe at less than 4000 miles . Barely gets 24 to 25 miles to the gallon although we were told to expect 30 plus as we do 95% of our driving as speeds of 50 and over.Transmission is slow to shift which I am sure affects the mileage but dealer insists there is nothing wrong. No cruse control. I like the size of the car and it looks cute but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Price is good but over all value is only fair....read morehide
