Gas guzzler, body NOT durable. Gets dent & nicks VERY easily!!!!

I have the 2008 limited edition. I love the wood and all the features that go with the limited model. I heard alot of complaints about poor brakes, recalls, dvd/audio probelms. I will keep my eye out for that!

I lease my cars and for 2-3 years. Out of the 5 cars i have had in the past 12 years, the hyundai veracruz has the POOREST body durbility. I have plastic garbage can/recycling cans that i side swiped, NOT very hard and the dent was 6" large. I did the same thing with my toyota sienna, ford explorer, lexus and never did i even get a dent like that Only a plastic scratch that was easly buffed/wiped off. The body is by NO MEANS DURABLE. I am DISAPPOINTED!!! Unlike most leased cars, they allow a 6" dent or less per panel, hyandai on the other hand is 2" and l less AND they have a independent 3rd party inspect the vehicle. I have never seen such STRICT lease regulations. If i have known this before, I would had NEVER purchase this vehicle. BUYER BEWARE, if you are thinking of leasing. If anyone else out there has had the same eperience with the body, please do share it with the public. My hyndai days are OVER!!!!
