I leased this vehicle for 2 years and was pleasantly surprised by its performance. It's a beautiful car, both inside and out and has a very smooth ride. I did have some issues where the trunk showed that it was still open, even though it is closed and also the temperature gauge has known to suddenly just stop working.
If you want sporty and comfort, without needing a true sports car, look no farther....read morehide

I'v had this car for about three months now, and id have to say that im pretty impressed. It had exceptional handling, great power, and so much comfort on the inside. Plus it's a good looking car. the only thing that wasn't the best (but was still pretty good) was the value. other than that, this car is great....read morehide

I've never been a true Jaguar fan, though when I took a second look at the XK, I thought I would write a review. First, it gets an EPA estimated 16mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. That isn't terribly impressive, though it does beat the Cadillac XLR by 1mpg both in the city AND on the highway. Not only that, the Jaguar XK is luxurious. I wouldn't say that the XK has AS MANY features as the Cadillac XLR, though almost as many. Standard features include keyless start, navigation system, power tilt/telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel w/radio controls, heated power mirrors w/automatic day/night and tilt-down back-up aid, cruise control, air conditioning w/dual-zone automatic climate controls, heated 10-way power front bucket seats, memory system, wireless cell phone link, 6-disc CD changer, and universal garage door opener. Last for the ups, the XK delivers good handling - not great, but good. The XK convertible is confident and balanced. But before you turn left and head to the Jaguar dealership rather than turn right and head to the Cadillac dealership, consider this - the Jaguar XK lacks 20 ponies of the Cadillac XLR; its engine also has 0.4 fewer liters, with the XK having a 4.2 liter V8 and the XLR having a 4.6 liter V8. Not only that, but the XK has pathetic rear seats. The seats are best used for parcels. Entry and exit requires contortions, even for short passengers. Overall, the Jaguar XK Series gets an 88% for 2009. It's luxurious, sporty, and powerful, though for pocket change more, I'd rather have a Cadillac XLR which sits just slightly above the Jaguar XK....read morehide
