I searched all over for the best buy for my money. I really feel like I got one here. I love my Commander Limited. It has every feature you could ask for plus more. I almost bought a Hummer for the same price...it didn't have nearly the amount of options. great retro looks with best in class stadium seating. The leather power seats are great. sunroof for the rear passengers. 3rd row seating for kids and mid size adults.

If Chrysler put as much thought into their other vehicles as they did into this Jeep, then I could not imagine them not being profitable. I've got a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited 5.7L V8 and love it. You don't buy a V8 and complain about mpg, actually it get darn good mpg considering its 4700+ lbs and build. I'm getting 15 city(2 less than my old 4 cylinder coupe) and 21hwy(rated 19).
Great styling, smooth ride over rough streets and train crossings, almost no wind intrusion at high speeds(or ever), so a comfortable, smooth, quiet ride. Road noise? I haven't noticed any yet. Visibiity(rear) takes a little getting used to, but far better than the Murano and FX by Nissan/Infiniti. Excellent sound package, solid ride, laminated glass a huge plus, sunroof, chrome package, towing capacity is nice to have available for my use, as is all the head, hip, shoulder and legroom inside. Everyone that has been inside this Jeep is a believer in Jeep-even the one who strongly dislike domestic makers. So far, it has been described as 'bulletproof, solid, the car, rock solid, great car', etc. Always wanted to own a Jeep and I can't be more satisfied with my purchase.
