this is not the real selec trac anymore. it does not have the part time 4wd to go with the full time 4wd. much better traction with it. without this feature it does not work as well. they had it in the 2008 but took it away in 2009. you were able to go from full time to part time and low 4wd but no more. i hope they put it back. no more grab handles in the front. its a 4 wheeler, it needs them. to much plastic. nothing is soft to the touch. needs more power ,PLEASE. LOW GAS MILEAGE. full size spare tire should not be an option. spare tire is underneath. can get very messy getting it. lift gate is very heavy. i test drove this liberty several times. i dont like it as well as my 2004. my liberty has style to it. it is not so square looking. it is a nice jeep but to many changes were made that i dont like. i would consider buying one again but they would have to put the selec trac back to the way it was when you could go from full time to part time and then low 4wd when needed. dont forget the grab handles. thankyou.
