I bought my 2008 Rondo at the beginning of the summer with just 10K miles on it and could not believe I could find a car that will carry five adults and their luggage and still get 26-28 mpg on the highway and 19-20 around town--and I paid less than $12K! Love the ride, love the room. The 2.7L engine has more power than I normally need, but enough to get me out of a tight spot. The size on the inside is cleverly concealed in a smaller wagon/minivan/crossover (no wonder KIA does not know how to market this car). It looks tiny compared to SUV's and so-called minivans in the grocery store parking lot. I coach golf teams and need to carry four golfers, their clubs and any carry bags they bring, and the Rondo handles this job perfectly....read morehide

Bought this car used. It has been very good. No problems at all. Plenty of power. We do not have the optional 3rd row of seats, so there is plenty of room, especailly with the 2nd row of seats folded down. Can carry a lot of stuff. Ride is very good. i love my Kia Rondo, it rides and drives smooth and has lots of leg room. My dealership at Ricart is so nice and give such good service on my car. I will definately buy another Kia.

I bought my new KIA Carens in 2007, and I must say it is a very good car. It is good for snow and good for sand. 7 seats plenty for all. Very good for long trips. No cruse control on my car - therefore not good for this. I like shifting gears?!
The price is good - compared to other cars. Same features, less price; plus 5 years of engine guaranty. It is an easy to park car. Although big - very swift. I must say it's worth of the money payed....read morehide

I purchased a 2007 new a year ago. Love everything about it. I am surprised that it is not more popular. You see Sportages all over the road, but not too many Rondos which are smaller, but still very roomy. I understand that Rondos came out in 2007, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. It is great to take on long trips. I too love that the seats have adjustable height. It allows you better visibility on the road. You don't get that cramped up feeling that you get traveling in a car with low to the ground seating. I always wanted a sunroof but never had one until now. I was lucky to find one on a 2007 as I bought it very late in the model year. I think mine must have been a demo. The little compartments for storage in the back are such a great idea. I put my purse in there if I am going to a park or somewhere that I don't want to drag it aound. Just a great car!...read morehide

I enjoy my 08 Rondo LX V6.
It is spacious inside, and the back has tons of room.
I like the hidden storage compartments for the car jack / tool kit / jumper cables or whatever u want to store away without being seen.
The design of this car isnt sexy, but for all of the positive features that counter its look...........its a quality ride......read morehide

We have had our Rondo for 4 months after driving one as a rental for 4 days. We love how you get in and out - the seating is very comfortable. Visibility is great and the layout of the AC/Radio and gauges is well done. With the back seats down you can carry pretty much anything a suburbanite would need. I have owned a 2008 Rondo for about 9 months now. My husband and I both love it. The only real complaint I have is that there isn't a keyhole in the hatchback. And it doesn't have remotely controlled locks. So with a cart full of groceries, I have to go to the front doors to open the back. Maybe in the next model up this wouldn't be a problem. I wish I had gone up to the next option. My 6'2" husband doesn't have a problem with head room in the car. I really love that you can raise the driver's seat to look more over the road. The 3rd row optional seating was also neat, but we decided to go with more storage. We've laid the back seats down and gone to the Drive In numerous times, it's very roomy. The base level upholstery is solid and stands up to our large dog in the back seat wherever we go. We are really happy we bought this car....read morehide

I went from a Nissan Maxima to the Rondo. It was more my wifes choice than mine. But I have to admit, I love my Rondo. Comfortable, easy access, enough room and all the extras I was looking for. We went on a long road trip with friends who drive an Audi and they could not believe how nice a ride it was. Also my sister has said she wished she had gotten one instead of her Mazda 5.
