I am 6'6" and had no trouble getting in and out of the sportage, its I-4 engine had adequate power but wish i could have gotten the v-6 but over all a good vehicle, gas mileage is good but i am hoping with time it will be better, the sleek lines and the volcano red we got just stands out on the road, like i said i had plenty of headroom and legroom to drive this car, and added bonus of Sirius satellite on a base model car was a pleasure, If you live around Conroe, go by Cowboy Kia and ask for Otis, he busted his you know what to get us in this car....read morehide

I love this vehicle. It has great style, is very comfortable, and is just the right size for my family and dog. Everything is within easy reach of the driver and makes kinesthetic and logical sense. I am so impressed with the value and the technology of the vehicle. It is funto drive, and should be rated higher in holding value than ever before. I really love this car and recommed it highly to anyone wanting a compact SUV that has it all for the right price.

i have a 4WD sportage. It's very smooth and seems reliable. I suggest a full option, because it has a beautiful interior design.
fuel consumption less than 9 l/km in normal no-grade and no-wind condition. It's very good in comparison with it's price.

I liked the styling and comfort level isn't to bad. This is my first foreign made car. I thought the vehicle was reasonably priced compared to Honda or Toyota. I am disappointed in the mpg. I thought it should get more than the 22 mpg reason that is has the extra weight for the 4WD. I have yet to see how reliable this vehicle is with maintainence costs even with the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. Ask me in a year or two about its reliability. Very roomy inside, smooth ride with and awesome turning radius to get you out of tight spots!

Needs a steering wheel with more meat on it and a longer arm rest in the middle would be nice.

I would recommend the KIA Sportage to a friend. But when I purchase my next Sportage I will buy the 6 cyc mine is a 4 cyc I like a little more power. I really like how the Sportage sits up higher with very few blind spots.

I love my KIA ! It hasn't given me any problems ,and the dealer has been great ,with my regular maintenance . I live in Virginia , and since I have had my car , I have driven to Key West, Adirondack New York ,
and Kentucky twice . It 's the first car I have ever had that has been trouble free .. There is plenty of room for "stuff " and friends .Lots of leg room and head room .and the drive is smoother than the other small SUV's that I have driven.and better gas milage too!
plus I LOVE the design . Now my Daughter wants one .... I would definitely buy on again ....read morehide

would have been con if i had spent double for a lexus to fulfill what kia can do

resembles a few suvs, people always asking about my sportage, i am very happy, really nice sound system, i have 22,000 miles on mine still like new!
