Engine blew up at 10,000 miles- a $10,000 dollar repair!!!

Overall this vehicle is the worst money I have ever spent-

I hate to be a complainer, but someone has to warn you!

Some of the problems- Mystery Issues with the electrical system that makes the car power off while you are driving it- dealer can not find or fix it, 300 dollar wipers- no kidding, crazy expensive everything

I am afraid to drive it anywhere for fear I get stranded on the side of the interstate again for 2-3 hours while the sleepy tractor trailer drivers swerve off the road in my direction late at night- all while waiting for Rover service that is non responsive and then rude to boot

Save yourself the headaches- go look at a Toyota Landcruiser instead. My Landcruiser (yes I have both) has 220k miles on it with nothing wrong with it ever....read morehide

I do not recommend this care for anyone who wants reliable. It is pretty and comfortable. But I was in the shop 3 times a month easy. I spent more time in loaner cars than my own. all the high tech chips and sensors go out easily, I had the main drive shaft break pulling out of a driveway ( no car for over a week ). BE CAREFUL you need brake job every 10,000 miles and you have to do rotors because the car is so heavy at $1,000. to $1500.00 a pop. TOO MUCH who wants to spend all there time dealing with car issues NOT ME I SOLD IT AND THE resale value THE WORST Ever. If you have time and money to waste this is your car
