Purchased As New
I purchased my ML350 in March 2006 (paid in full), by August 2009 my transmission went bad --- with no notice; no alerts/warnings. The cost fix it $6500. Mercedes of America refuse to take any responsibility for their product advising that because I didn't perform the maintenance service to my transmission at 40,000 miles, they would not assume responsible for the performance of their vehicle. That particular service mentioned costs approx. $400 and consist of basic draining and refill of the fluids!! I have been a 3x Mercedes owner, but I will not buy another and caution anyone against buying the ML350. Others have had major problems with this vehicle as well. You shouldn't expect this type of performance from at $70,000 vehicle or this type of customer service from a loyal customer!!
