First of all, keep in mind I went from a 2006 BMW 325i to the 2009 Murano. The vehicle handles exceptionally well, especially given that it is a crossover vehicle. The throttle is every bit as responsive as my BMW's and the handling is amazing. I got very used to being able to zip around corners and clover leafs at very high speeds in my BMW, and was afraid I was going to have to give that up for more room. Not at all! I also was not happy about having to switch to an automatic transmission after driving a manual transmission for 26 years. The CVT is a great compromise. I've always felt that other automatic transmissions were too jerky, not so with the CVT. Overall I have been extremely pleased with this vehicle, other than no automatic headlights.
