I completely enjoy driving this car. I am a Realtor and my customers feel comfortable and secure. Many are thinking about buying a Murano after a day of driving around with me. (I would like them to buy a house!)

I leased a new 2009 Morano last February and we are very pleased with its performance. I love the CTV transmission as you do not notice the shift changes. The back up camera is exceptional especially for my wife. We live in Northwestern Wisconsin and it performs very well in the ice and snow. We are averaging 23 miles to a gallon of gas which is much better than my previous pickup. We have a hard time remembering to turn on the headlights because we previously has automatic lighting. The seats don't lay flat however that hasn't really caused a problem. I would also like to see a larger space for cup holders in the front seat! The reason I leased was to see if I liked the Murano enough to purchase one. So far Okay....read morehide

First of all, keep in mind I went from a 2006 BMW 325i to the 2009 Murano. The vehicle handles exceptionally well, especially given that it is a crossover vehicle. The throttle is every bit as responsive as my BMW's and the handling is amazing. I got very used to being able to zip around corners and clover leafs at very high speeds in my BMW, and was afraid I was going to have to give that up for more room. Not at all! I also was not happy about having to switch to an automatic transmission after driving a manual transmission for 26 years. The CVT is a great compromise. I've always felt that other automatic transmissions were too jerky, not so with the CVT. Overall I have been extremely pleased with this vehicle, other than no automatic headlights....read morehide

We have owned this car for nearly one month and already have over 2500 miles on it. Outside of the headrests leaning too far forward (I too just turned them around), and the fact that it does not have automatic headlights (every car I have purchased in the last 10 years has had that), I just love this car. I went to the dealer to buy a Rogue because I had compared vehicles in the group via the internet, but was not impressed when I test drove the Rogue (I was giving up a Suburban). The salesman insisted I just try the Murano, and instantly I was sold!...read morehide

This is the best and worst vechicle I have owned. I love it because it is comfortable, spacious, and has enough pep. But when it came to getting the tires and brakes done it cost over $1,000 because of the 18in tires. And the vechicle just hit its 4 year mark and everything is going wrong with it.

I bought my 09' in Aptil 08'. No problems, not a squeakl or any annoying items to date. The fact that it sits on an auto platform helps the handling, and weight issues. The cvt transmission is the best automatic Ive ever driven, It eliminates much of the braking when descending grades that are steep and is very smooth.
The 18" wheels are smooth riding and seats offer support for the thighs and backside. After 13,000 miles it has perforned quite well and I would buy this vehicle again. The camera for backing up is indispensable. It came with Satellite radio built i\n and thats a bonus. Bose 10 speaker stereo says it all for the audio....read morehide

This is my first nissan and I love driving it. It handles well and has such a smooth ride. Many firends have noticed this too. There have been several things that have occured. Passenger airbag sensor malfunctioned and turned off all front airbags. This took two weeks to get fixed. They did supply me with a Murano rental. The tire pressure sensor seems to have a mind of it's own. Warning light goes on and off even when the temp. changes slightly. Trim could be affixed better too. Overall I have been pleased with the car. I have owned it 1 year now, and that's when the trouble with the airbag began....read morehide
