Having migrated from a MB sedan, this is the closest I'll ever come close to a sports car. The car has the precision of a sports car and control is excellent. The feel just inspires confidence in driving knowing that I can throw everything at it and expect it to perform under all circumstances. The acceleration under the "sports" mode is quite impressive even with the base model. It is, by far, one of the better looking SUVs around both from the exterior and the interior.

My car comes with lots of options, and finally, I have a fully integrated iPod system - songs, playlists albums abd artist names - no album artwork though. The PCM has integrated the phone, iPod and the GPS quite nicely. Most of the controls can be accessed thru the steering wheel. Most of the time, I am still tempted to use the touch-screen PCM directly.

Everything is a-la-carte in this SUV and can add up very quickly. Mileage is ok as a SUV, but less so when compared with a sedan.
Other complaints: 1) I miss the Benz or Lexus type of auto shift stick - I can put in "drive" or "reverse" without looking at it., and 2) the ignition key control is only the left hand side as part of the Porsche tradition - it may need some getting used to.
