After test-driving a new Mazda Tribute for a day, I made one last stop to compare the Vue. Wow, what a difference! The Vue was feels much more stable at speed, shifts effortlessly, and is much more quiet. They really have worked to cut down on road noise from the rear wheel wells, which seems to happen with the more truck-like SUV's. Technologically advanced with the driver's information center, as well as the security of On-Star. Really a fun car to drive. The MPG is 25 on the open road, and about 18 in the city. I bought the base XE 4 Cyl to get better mileage, and just wanted the upgraded stereo. The base vehicle is much more advanced than others on the market. Check it out, you will not be disappointed. (and I am previously a Honda snob!)
