I bought my GT after test driving it and nothing was going to change my mind. The feeling of driving this car is unmatched by any car in its price range and category. The all wheel drive system paired with the active safety features (torque distribution, vehicle dynamics control) really gives the driver a feeling of "ultimate control" over the car. Handling in inclement weather is amazing, you will never spin out or lose control on wet roads. The fuel economy is actually better than listed, especially in Intelligent mode of SI-Drive. I can average 22 or 23 city and about 27 or 28 highway as long as you don't floor the gas pedal all the time. There is so much performance, safety, and reliability that comes with this car, which really makes it that much more appealing when comparing it with other cars in its class like the Accord, Camry, Altima, or 6. It also helps that the dealership was great to work with throughout the entire process. if you are unsure about Subaru or the Legacy in genral, I would highly recommend going in for a test drive. It certainly opened up my eyes.
