I've been driving a BMW 3 series which was an 07 model so I was not sure what to expect when I drove the Passat. The overall ride was excellent. It has a typical feel of a forigen sports car in a sedan. I've also driven Saab in the past (9-3 model) and would say it's similar to that. Great pick up when already driving at high speeds. Quality interior controls and feel. Lots of little options not found on many higher priced vehicles. Overall I would not go back to BMW. The dealership I went to was also very helpful and spent more time with me than when I purchased my BMW.
