Actually I am just getting around to writing this review for the 2008 S60 AWD we bought. We love the car. We had our first opportunity to drive long distance over various road conditions (hills, flat, etc.) and for a 3K mile trip, we averaged 33mpg which amazed me. The car rides just beautifully. The high mils per gallon was due to using cruise control and not going over 64m/hr, I'm sure. We love the car and would recommend it to anyone considering a Volvo. This is our first and we are totally pleased. Oh, one con with the car. With the driver and passenger head rests in place, it is difficult to see behind you when backing up. Referring to the front head rests. The rears drop down.
