My 2004 v70 continues to show unending, expensive problems after 100K miles, just like my 1998 did. Here's the list: ABS module fails ($1400), Transmission ($3000+), window switch ($300), ABS a second time!, a steady stream of computer communication error codes. Each one of these could only be repaired by the dealer or had parts that only the dealer could stock. Every failure comes with $100's of dollars in 'software' upgrades or fixes. When my Windows Software has a glitch, even microsoft provides it for free. What a ripoff! nice car, but looks like a Ford with leather seats to me.
