I have had mine for a little over a month. Clearly the nicest car I have ever driven, let alone owned. The car is a great ride and a surprisingly easy car to drive. Another big surprise is how quiet the car is on the road. With a 525 hp engine about 2 ft away, I expected much more noise in the cabin. My Suburban is louder in the cabin. It has speed to spare. In Sport mode, look out ! I compared this car with the 911 turbo as my final 2 and I opted for the Audi and I am glad I did. The price is definitely a barrier for many buyers but I think the person buying this car won't mind paying when they see what they get. Aside from the 911, the only peers are Ferrari or Lambo's or maybe Maserati, all pricier. On the con side, when in Auto mode, I find the automatic shift to neutral kind of annoying. This happens when you have neither the gas nor the brake pressed for a few seconds such as at a stop light. Gear shifting is sometimes a bit rough into first and second but its not much different than shifting in a standard. I just would have liked a bit smoother shifts in an auto transmission. No such problems in an A8. Other than that its an incredible car. It commands ALOT of attention if you're into that sort of thing....read morehide
