Better straight-line performance than the competition, great handling thanks to the new platform shared by the excellent pontiac g8. best looking car in it's class. Why get a v6 camry, when for two grand less, you can get a 304 hp camaro with no mpg sacrifices?
great standard gm powertrain warranty (100,000 miles, no less)
practical for everyday driving
impressive mpg
bragging rights
great options, including an aggressive ground effects kit, a multitude of striping packages, and two-tone leather interior option
the ss makes 420 hp
too bad chevy's not making the 500+ hp Z28...however, there is a hennessy hpe550 camaro
