I waited for this car to be seen in person and planning of buying the
2SS package, but dealer said any SS package are soldout and I have to wait for couple of months. I did'nt put any deposit cause I don't want to happen what I experiance when I order the new corvette
C6 back in 2005 that has poor quality of interior materials and finish.
And for what I saw on this LT package is the same thing, dashboard,
shifter console and the door paneling are very obvious cheap plastic material like of a Silverado truck!!!.GM can do a lot better than this if
they want to able to get out of their misseries!.Only the Cadillac line
has the best exterior and interior quality and finish and for the Camaro 2SS which near 50K, no wayyyyyyy!...read morehide

304 horsepower!!! Beats all comers in the class including Hyundai's new Genesis Coupe.29 mpg and 304 horsepower with a 6 spd. manual for the base model is a winning combination.Ford has missed the boat with it's 5 spd. 210 horsepower truck engined solid rear axle Mustang. If it avoids any teething problems and dealer ADP (additional dealer profit) stickers Chevy should have a home run on their hands.Have I mentioned 304 horsepower?...read morehide

Now at age 70, I "buzz-the-ave" in a more gentle manner. Years ago, I would have opted for the big motor, Brambo brakes, 20" wheels, and the
wildest stripe package. Today, I still have that optomism, but have become more of an "old geezer" realist. I will be as honest as I can with this review.
My automatic 2LT in victory red with black leather is an awesome vehicle...powerful, comfortable, energetic to run, smooth-shifting, and eye-appealing. Young people just stop or point or stare at my own 2010 treasure. Old people tell me, "Well, I'll be da....ed; it's an old-time car."
I now have 3462 miles with an average of 26.78 mpg. The interior is retrospect, yet the engineers were able to add a 2010 flair to the gauges, dashboard, interior lighting, and ambience. I am 6'2" and I have adequate headroom. This 304 HP engine uses 87-octane. Standard are the following: stability control, traction control, d and p airbags, independent suspension, and a long list of other features.
I will include a few stats that are important to me when I research a car...
luggage 11.3 cu.ft.; 42.4 front legroom; 37.7 turning circle; 112.3 wheelbase; 19-gallon tank; weight balance F52/R48; length 190.4;
width 75.7; height 54.2; curb weight 3739; LT tires P245/50R19 all-season tires; and track F63.7/R64.1. The 3.6L automatic has
273 ft. lbs. of torque and direct injection which add to the excellent mileage.
The 9-speaker, single cd, 245-watt stereo has Boston
acoustic premium speakers....great for the size of this car. I laud the engineers for their choice...often retro cars have retro speakers, too.
In conclusion, if you want a true 2010 Vette, buy it and love it.. If you are interested in a 2010 vette-like car with character, style, energy, and charisma, a motor and frame that want you to maneuver through the highways of AMERICA, then this car is for you. If you order, consider the
spoiler. I wish each of you happy driving; I will think of you as I enjoy drive after drive after drive....read morehide

fantastic performance extremely smooth shifting, power comes on very smooth with a dramatic pick up above 3500 rpm. Awesome styling. very clean under the hood. Traction control also works very well.cabin is very quiet, I can talk to the person in the back seat without raising my voice at over 100 MPH...read morehide

The camaro is quite the eye catcher in the streets and it got alot of power under the hood to beat your friends mustang or 350z. Its also very fun to drive. Its a modern day muscle and not a stupid sedan like the charger. It even handles well.

Long time Camaro lover. Had '86 Iroc (5.0 TPI), '88 Iroc (5.7 TPI) and '94 Z28 (5.7 LT1). All 3 never broke down on me but did went through a lot of alternators and tires. Don't want to get it because I have a young driver (son) who might get into trouble with it and I'm not willing to let go my M3. Anyone who is thinking about buying this car I would suggest getting it.. again I owned 3 and never had any problem and did lots of racing during my time (not suggesting any careless act)....read morehide

I have been waiting for a new camaro since the last one left. Now with the economy in the brink and everybody is afraid to finance expensive stuff we get the ride we want. If my job was stable I would be the first to buy an SS but now will wait till the economy gets better (probably a year or so). Hopefully GM will still be there to sell me one. Otherwise I must say this car is the hottest thing to come from Chevy since the 1960 - 70's....read morehide
